Thank you for shopping with Belmont Naturals. We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Please read our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, tracking, and shipping-related questions.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Method

Belmont Naturals ships orders using USPS First-Class shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5 business days, depending on your location and USPS delivery conditions.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

Your total estimated delivery time is:

2–3 business days for processing
plus
approximately 5 business days for USPS delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–8 business days from the time the order is placed.

Please understand that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues outside of our control.


Where We Ship

At this time, Belmont Naturals ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to USPS.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Belmont Naturals is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been processed.


Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

Once your package has been shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for USPS to complete delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking:

  • Your mailbox
  • Front porch or delivery area
  • Apartment office or mailroom
  • Household members or neighbors
  • Local USPS office

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged package or product so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
